In the basement there is a laundry and machine room. Around the house there are verandahs ,terraces and gardens in meditteranian style, car parking and a large pool area.The house is an absolute joy to live in but in the long Ibiza summers it’s best place is the large pool witch measures 14x8 mts.
With it’s waterfall and diving rocks (2.7mts. deep for safe diving)
the pool is especially loved by kids.
Equipped with an ionization system the water is almost chlorine free
and of exceptional quality.
