| Job Description: | Webmaster. The Webmaster is the visionary who can not only see the website as a whole, how it should look, work and fulfill its promise, but also the one who can embrace new technologies, and apply them to help drive the consumer experience into the future. The Webmaster must help the company see the opportunities available by having a strong web presence and help us exploit them. This person will have a strong design sense and well-honed project management skills that can also implement and write copy when necessary, as well as implement web design, update pages, maintain content and oversees day-to-day management of the company’s websites, and assures quality and filing integrity of web pages. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the design of company web pages, including graphics, animation and functionality.
- To develop and manage all content on the site
- Develop web page infrastructure and applications including graphics, functionality and features.
- To monitor web server and site technical performance.
- Implement search engine optimization strategies.
- Promote client websites online to increase prominence within their web community where possible.
- Management of Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns to achieve optimum ROI (Return On Investment) for individual active search terms for each of the major search engines
- Work closely with the IT to set and ensure marketing campaigns achieve budgeted commercial targets
- Circulate efficient and accurate reporting, detailing results of each web marketing campaign and possible improvement
- Advise on the improvement, results, competition and new direction in technology to assist with marketing of the brand.
- Maximize online affiliate opportunities and revenue generation for the brand (with possibility of widening affiliate advertising schemes)
- Ensure regular communication and email contact with affiliates and act as main point of contact
- Source and manage new revenue generating online marketing opportunities
Skills / Attributes Required
- Proven Website Management experience.
- You will have strong web design skills which will include the ability to edit HTML and JavaScript skills.
- A thorough knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques.
- Experience of running and evaluating online marketing campaigns, which will include the management of Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns.
- A flexible attitude with proven experience of working in a small team in a dynamic, quick-changing environment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Copywriting skills

| Position: | Reporting Assistant |
| Job Description: | Part-time position – 40-50 hours per month: Looking for an individual who can assist team members in following up on referrals using our contact management system. Further they will be responsible for monthly reporting and management of data integrity of the system. Must be computer literate, understand excel and be extremely organized. Communication is key as is someone who can look ahead to organize or create efficiencies. |
