How do you spell LEGEND? Well, if you’re in real estate, it’s spelled J A C K Y.
That’s how Prudential Real Estate Network spells it. The national real estate giant just awarded Jacky its 2008 “Legend Award.” This prestigious honor has some pretty tough criteria: you have to be among the top 1% of the company’s 64,000 sales professionals, located throughout its 2,100 offices in the United States and Canada; and be in the top 100, for five consecutive years!
Being among the select few is nothing new to Jacky. In 2007, her eponymous team was ranked #1 at Prudential Douglas Elliman, where there are more than 3,300 brokers. Here are some other reasons why Jacky is a bonafide “Legend”:
She sells. Jacky has sold more than $600,000,000 in Manhattan real estate. She signed more than 15 deals between January and April 2009, the heart of this recession and housing slump. When you list and/or buy with Jacky, you know the transaction will take place.
She is global. Jacky’s clients include native New Yorkers, those relocating to the city, and foreign buyers. She was born in Chile, raised in Israel where she served as a sergeant in the Israeli army, and has lived in Europe. That international background provides her with a deeper understanding of each seller/buyer market segment....
