Cook a meal with all fresh, local ingredients.  The east end has no shortage of great farm stands.  Dan’s favorite?  Pike’s in Sagaponac.

Go deep sea fishing.  Montauk has the best deep sea fishing on the South Fork.

Play a round of golf.  Enjoy 18 holes at the renowned Maidstone or Shinnecock golf courses.
